My recommendation is to see if you can work for a company in real estate or wholesaling that way you get training and education while getting paid

If you want to learn real estate while earning, look into leasing, property management, mortgage assistant, or real estate admin roles—a great way to break into the industry!

All being said, most real estate investors advocate that the earlier you can take action and acquire your first deal, the quicker you'll learn.

Just yesterday I gave my (imo) balance view of the use of “subject to” in real property transactions, and was told by a very proficient poster in response to my post that anyone who thinks subject to transactions are ok is GARBAGE.
