I'm just very determined and passionate to make this happen.

I'm nervous because I've never had a business before and I still have a full-time job as a cloud solutions architect, which I'm really passionate about - so hopefully it won't be my golden handcuffs that may prevent me to thrive as an investor and  I'm excited because of all the benefits and freedoms being a business owner offers, one of which is to connect and collaborate with forums like this and people like all of you, where I can both learn from and hopefully share later as I develop more experience. :-)

I have thought about pivoting from my current career (industrial construction) to a W2 real estate career to further grow my knowledge… my side hustle is actually captaining a charter fishing boat which has always been my life passion and dream career.

But it's my passion and I've made far more than I've lost.

Real estate has always been my passion and I feel now is the time to take action!

However the experience is why I was able to start my own company 9 years ago and now why I’m passionate about sharing and teaching others.
