i would move cautiously.

It's one of the hottest markets in the US right now with so much population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here (26B Intel headquarters being built here, 68K+ enrollment in Ohio State University, Amazon, FB, Google, Honda, Nationwide, Anduril, etc.).

It is is going to calculate the expected price based off what you tell it as well as what Price Labs sees in the local market.I questioned myself moving to price labs after I had been doing this manually for several years.

That way you have them in your back pocket when you find the right one, and generally lenders can move a little faster to close the deal once you're already pre-approved and in their system. 

I get that having a paid off property is very comforting, but to me it's not the best move if you're trying to grow. 20% down and 3% annual appreciation means you're making a 15% return on your downpayment. 

None the less, the Valdosta housing market continues to move up and up.

When I would get to the refinancing part, how does this work in my favor in terms of getting money out of this investment and moving onto another one?
