You don't need a new truck or vacation right now...that will come later. 

If you are in full compliance with the law, insurance, and owner knowledge, then keep on trucking.

They'd come to the site, clock out to another job 40 mins away, and clock right back.Excessive trips to parts store half hour away for stuff that should be on their truck.

I arrived to a flurry of activity, trucks, furniture, and a near empty house.

The guy's father (much nicer gentleman, unlike the tenant who is a hoodlum) showed up in his truck and picked up half of the stuff. 

I have a good relationship with the neighbor across the street and he let me know that the people in the house next to my rental have been driving through my yard to park their truck in their yard.

The neighbors around that house all saw a big moving truck being loaded after that event - the "For Rent" sign is the last assurance they'll need, to know the place is now empty.

Go out and buy a new truck since he doesn't have a rent payment, not realizing that it won't be that way forever, lol :)
