The whole therapy thing isn't going to work; not feasible. 

I own my own equine massage business and my partner is a nurse. 

My works in Physical Therapy, and she had made a connection with one of her patients.

Doing a claim on your policy where it pays out on an injury that could go on for years if some needs therapy etc.… is a big black mark on your policy.Go with the out fit that has insurance and prove it.

My Jeep Wrangler and Harley are the 2 exceptions, they don't make me money, but they save me money by not needing to pay for therapy!

The only reason we are choosing to stay near Fort Sam Houston is working on that specific base and avoiding a massage commute of over 20+ minutes.

My longterm goals are buy and hold multifamily rentals and commercial areas where I'd like to run physical therapy clinics (current PTA) with reduced expenses.I'm currently driving for dollars and will be pushing some online marketing soon.

There is a distinct difference between a "service dog" and a "therapy or emotional support" animal.

If you are priced same as everyone else but offer a free gym membership, free lawn care, all utilities included, and Friday back massages ("C") it will be rented in 5 minutes. 

I’ve been self-employed for over 10 years (musician, massage therapist, landscaping, admin type consulting, data entry, catering, bartending, etc.) and somehow real estate has never been on my radar… until now!!
