New to Real Estate Investing San Antonio, TX

Posted

Hello, everyone! I am new to the game of real estate investing and currently enlisted in the military. I am going to San Antonio, TX soon and looking to buy and rent out my house when I leave. My husband and I are looking for a single- family home with 2+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms. We are trying to stay "near-ish" Fort Sam Houston. We are in our early 20's and would love to have any advice for being young and new to real estate investing and also would love to network with any current real estate investors. We are planning to buy and hold.
