You know . . . those local groups that have guru speakers that BP think is so horrible, that sell training and make the local group money .. .. . a lot of that money is put to work toward advocacy efforts on behalf of the industry.

Id start with that...its either overpriced or there is some issue that other interested parties have found and decided to pass on.I personally don't like buying flips as investment properties......to many crap jobs, horrible workmanship etc etc....and the number rarely workI would run my numbers and contact the seller....see whats the situation
