Make sure you are using professionals at asbestos remediation.

I just need to include the costs (time and money) for the remediation in my modeling.

The work involved is remediation of mold in the bedroom,  new insulation and sheet rock the bed room, the water pipe has frozen, since the bank winterized the house later.

I'm not apposed to spending the money to have mold remediation, but I don't believe that it needs to be done.
