Resources To Find Florida Sinkhole Properties?

Trying to find out what resources that people use to find or avoid sinkhole properties in Florida.

I know property appraiser offices are a good starting point, but what other research do people do?

I know some investors look for sinkhole properties to invest, but what I am looking for is ways to prevent ended up buying one.
