Even a double bowl sink.(2) I am leaning to NOT run an ice maker line to the fridge.

We include as few "amenities"  as possible  "no fridge, no warranty, ect", when we first list, letting our design and renovation speak for themselves and leaving the rest for negotiation. 

Window screens will break and disappear along with heater and appliance knobs, fridge racks and light pull chains.  

When we purchased the property, the fridge came with it though.Now, instead of FIXING the ice maker, which is expensive, I thought just to provide the tenant with ice trays, which cost a lot less.

Its really not in bad shape just needs some paint, new carpet, and new stove/fridge.

The fridge was plugged in in the living room and so was the microwave.

After rehab, are a stove and fridge required by law for rental units in Maryland?

No one seems to know when it will either.Not an hour later the phone rings again and a boatload of RE unrelated personal problems drop into my lap....When it rains it pours I guess.I just went to the fridge to pour myslef a nice stiff cold drink...But guess what?
