You can also import into qgis, it's easy to learn, and draw geofences around the area you are interested in, then export to xls and mailmerge for your postcards.This way you own the list and do not have to pay per use, ie it is not seeded, and you can also see a lot patterns visually, ie hotspots, etc if you use a gis app.

Thanks @John Horner for asking the question - it is a subject that should be discussed a lot more in the "am I ready to quit my job" space.Being an Austrian export who lives in the US since 2008 I can tell you the cost of health care in the US is inflated absolutley out of proportion compared to what I have seen in Europe.

That along with the fact we rely heavily on export of raw materials and we now have a tax and spend government in place we could see a negative economic shift on the horizon.Home prices will fall at some point, impossible to predict when.

So I don't.Right now, I have two cars in storage, I can't bring myself to spend the money on them at the moment for some reason, which is especially annoying as one of them I've owned for 24 years, even exported to the US, spent a vast (vast for a VW) amount of money on it ten years ago, and it's done barely 1500 miles since its rebuild.Yet I can spend money on a tool for the business in an instant.

Every online banking portal allows you the feature of "export to excel" and you can manually adjust the date range: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 yer, etc..
