I plan to devote a sizable chunk of my summer to learning more handyman skills that I can leverage in buying a home (This Old House was one of my favorite shows growing up).

I am graduating college soon, and will have plenty of time every week that I would like to devote to learning real estate.

At the same time though it's really in the way and interfering with my ability to devote total focus to investing. 

Better to make sure you don't have extra liabilities before you devote capital to something else.

I will be really happy to devote my time and energy with anyone who can help me learn this.

I devote probably less than five hours per month and net well over six figures a year.

I am always on the lookout because I actively invest/flip myself, and devote a couple hours a day to scouring the market for potential deals because I know I can sell it to someone if the numbers work.

I have 10k saved up now, but that was a gift from my wife's parents.I've been blessed many many times in my life, first with a loving, devoted, faithful wife and 3 beautiful children, and also with many things that I have received and experienced in my life.I've learned a lot, grew up in hard times, made it out, met a great woman who grew up with a remarkable foundation and support system.My wife are doing this whole "Life" thing together, as much as possible we like to involve each other and do things together, especially work. we make an awesome team.
