I've been trying to catch a dentist or someone who wants to convert to office space, but I'm fine with a salon.

It happens in every business (dentist, plumbers, you name it).

Hi Jim, Just some of my random thoughts.What you would do and what I would do are probably not for similar reasons, although the results might be the same.Multi-family is my passion, (not real estate), it's the structures I like, and housing people, and the interior refurbishments, and I am congruent with this 100%.Real state is a bigger definition, does it excite you to own a big warehouse with semi-truck docks and big yellow painted parking bollards, or to NNN lease to a Grocery store, or to own the building that several doctors and dentists practice in?

Also, for other dentists, how do you guys report your salary with it being a base + production/collection?

Her husband is a dentist that owns 2 practices and buying a 3rd one.  

Here's a little bit about me without going into too much detail:-Soon to be dentist with low living expenses and decent excess income to work with-Large amount of side time outside of work (no kids, etc.)
