Looking for a lender that can lend in Niskayuna , NY 12309. I am trying to help a client that we cannot help. She is a real estate agent that is purchasing a single family home needs $70k to rehab it, Purchase price $215k and ARV $335K. This would be her first deal. Please advice :) Thank you in advance.
