Realtor Willing to Run Comps

Hello!  Wondering if there is a realtor in Akron who would be willing to run comps for me.

You wouldn't ask your lawn guy if he would mow your grass for free - or your dentist to clean your teeth for free.  Why ask a realtor to work for free?  Running comps that are meaningful entails adjusting each one to the subject property. It's time consuming.  And, as a Broker, it's five-years of liability too.  

I'm glad to see that you are valuing properties; that makes for successful investing.  Your perception as a serious investor means you understand what "running comps" and other staples of the business actually entails.  

Only bad stuff happens quickly...
