Videos are neat but not sure about a 3 minute one costing $4k.My recommendation would be to start with the above to see how bookings go first and then you can consider adding video down the road.

This allows you to hold the property longer if necessary, wait for market conditions to improve, or even refinance down the road if you want to pull out equity for another investment.I had a friend who was in a similar position a couple of years ago.

Is there time limits to convert, I understand that there may be depreciation recapture, but if I keep that as a primary residence say for 20 years or longer am I going to have problems with IRS. or at some point way down the road there will be depreciation recapture or does that go away after awhile.
