Has anyone worked with Philly wholessler Clay Packel?

The issue was that the plumbing draining to the sewer switches from pvc to clay at the road so they will have to dig into concrete, replace pipe etc.

Where we live many houses built up until the 80's have foundation issues due to the clay they were built upon.If we are looking at a house that has foundation issues we will always get a couple of foundation repair contractors to look at the house and give there input on the extent and price of repairs.

So @Clay Powell, why would a tenant be motivated to assist if the possibility of an eviction rests in the balance? 

They were more than willing to take my money on a monthly basis, but wouldn’t answer repair calls from my tenants, took weeks to respond to me, and took the photos of the properties on terrible tablets.
