I had to do this to my condo as an exit strategy from short term rentals because my condo association shut down short term rentals.

Several of them have been shut down thank goodness.  

Sell.I am really concerned about trends I have seen in Florida where condos are being shut down due to unpayable costs/assessments, the building gets torn down and then a new one rebuilt and the condo owners simply lose everything.The idea of an HOA on sterroids makes me want to avoid them but then the added risk of shady tear downs makes me avoid condos like the plague.

Look for a "Financial Peace University" class hosted by a local church that will teach you how to budget.

One more thing I forgot if you have a 12 month lease like I do I state in the lease that if the bill is exceeded $200 at any given time we will shut off the water.

So just check first, it would be bad to get shut down on your first inspection.

Reasons that Airbnb can immediately shut down a listing: guest complains (wrongly) that there is a camera in the house, Airbnb finds out guests had a big party, a neighbor complains to Airbnb of a rental property that is noisy.
