I looked into price labs but they seemed expensive for my (1) unit.  

I believe in most cases those need to be sent to a lab of some sort.  

My experience as a sales person for 27 years and an investor for 12 years is that the personal chemistry which happens when you are face to face with someone can result in more motivation to do a deal.   

For example, I have a doctorate in physical therapy, and I had to take general chemistry during my first year of college to get into graduate school four years later.

I have a high deductible health insurance plan, the HSA will cover my out of pocket expenses for prescription, lab fees, Doctors visits and Dental expenses.

Many of them, such as labs and healthcare will continue to require employees to physically commute into the office.

In your case it seems like you are trying to make it work when obviously the chemistry is not there.

However, if you are unsure a bulk sample can be taken and sent to a lab where they will provide you with a definitive yes or no to the presence of mold.
