Hello BP members! My name is Roy and I currently reside in Vancouver, WA (Portland, OR metro area). I am currently a FedEx delivery driver and I am wanting to get into real estate investing. I don't have much money and have little to no experience in real estate investing but I have listened to BP Podcasts and I am currently waiting on my BP books to come in to expand my knowledge. A great group to link up with will be Investor Lab (google it). They're local and hold events for new and grizzled investors alike.
