Is this mold? Should I bid?

Hi all! My first question on BP!

I'm looking at an old flat in my local area that I'm considering as my first purchase in real estate investment. It's in Lisbon, Portugal where I live. I have these pictures of the floors. In your opinion, is this mold? Can someone tell me their opinion and if this is a clear "Stay away" moment, or if its worth figuring out the cost of treating/removing it if so?

Thank you for any help you can provide!! :)

/Andreas

@Andreas Nicolet, as others noted, from pictures I do not see anything that appears to be mold related, but pictures are near impossible to truly assess.  I have bought many old houses, with old wood floors that have staining like this.  Typically it comes from pets peeing on the floor, but I can see clear area rub lines, which makes me just think these are old wood floors that are showing their age/character.

Having a local professional assess them is the only true way to know.  But mold needs an active water source to grow, and considering the patterning of this, I can't imagine there is an active leak creating mold on the floors.
