The condition of the oil burners are not looking good either.

I've had the thought of renting space on the back burner for a long time, but I haven't done anything with it yet.

I have a couple of properties with oil burners and I pay premium ($500+ / year) for the tune-up and the 24/7 piece of mind.

The land lord is now saying he will not return my double payment for Nov 10- Dec 10Land lord says he will come view the property in order to give an accounting “after New Years” which means he’s holding my deposit past 21 daysLand lord also had the place rented and moved in 3 days after we moved out.He’s pretty threatening to work with and anytime we asked for stove to be fixed (burners never worked) or broken windows and glass to be removed from backyard (still there upon move out) he would tell me that he spoke with his handyman/property manager and that it would be removed.

Also oil burners need a more in depth cleaning regularly. 

I wouldn't, however, put being an investor-friendly agent niche on the back-burner. 

But when the next deal takes another 2 months and you only make 3 grand on that one and you have bills to pay , and nothing on the burner you will wish you finished school so you had a regular paycheck .  

I work 60+ hours a week so I am doing my best to not put this on the back burner and expedite the process the best I can.

The oil burner needs to be replaced.
