BP is a great networking site etc.. but nothing beats the belly to belly aspect of the business.. pretty hard to just read stuff on line and do it yourself.you need to make those contacts. 

It seems like I would be way in over my head and the juice wouldn't be worth the squeeze.Bill I did go back and listen to the Podcast and you are right.  

The hardwood floor of my whole unit needs to be replaced.It turns out the water is entering from my CMU wall due to the roof scuppers being overwhelmed and the gutters have significant bellies that are not allowing the water to flow freely.

@Dean Bell I was just back for my bachelor party last June but unfortunately no trips planned in the near future.

Make sure you have enough electrical power as well - gotta juice all those devices!

Probably more than 80% fail, recent laws may apply to financing residential sales and Options can be seen as a financing method.You need a good RE financing understanding to make sure your Options will work when buyers are required to (even at thier option) to belly up, not doing so can put you in a position as a predatory lender or dealer.
