Hello everyone , Dean Bell here. I am 25 years old gentleman ( I'd like to think so ) from Montreal. Long story short , I was recently in Bangkok where I was renting an apartment through Airbnb and I started to ask myself questions about my host.how is she making profit through Airbnb? How does she live ? What's her trick ? Eager to know , I went on Amazon and bought a book from Brandon Turner that reads " the book on rental property investing". Which I fell in love with. That's where I got the information about this great community. I am a true newbie , meaning no experience whatsoever in real estate, but like we always say " it is never too late to learn" life itself is about learning as long as you willing to do so.
