We have REISift as a CRM and use what's referred to as "Siftline boards" to create flows for different teams members (i.e. lead management, acquisitions, transaction coordination, etc.) and automated tasks are set up depending on where the property falls on the Siftline board. 

I am looking in the Bryson City, NC area as it has a lot of outdoor adventure opportunities, and seems to be a more reasonable price point than some of the other towns around the Smokies.

Also, I can adjust my calendar and pricing, arrange cleaning, teams and task.

It's an exciting adventure but won't be easy so don't get discouraged.

I suspect you would go much further, faster, if you take on the tasks that add the greatest value. 

I also realized that if I didn’t leave my assistant with enough tasks, they ended up sitting around for hours with nothing to do and no one to ask for help.

However, I am trying to accomplish this task by purchasing under market value (every investor dream).

As for other issues, I have handymen I call to handle or i can use Task Rabbit/Thumbtack to handle issues that are simple and I don't want to handle.
