Example in our market PDX 2 million peeps we built 12k doors a year from 1992 until 2008 ( we were a little late to the crash) in 2009 700 permits were pulled.who got affected.. literally anyone that touched construction.. from the builders the subs.. the suppliers the hard goods.. the appliances sellers.. etc etc.. and a lot of that work force rented.

To pull the poly thru the sleeve , go to a irrigation supplier and buy a chinese pipe grip get a rope thru first then pull.

@Cody Barrett, another possibility for this is if the shingles are not all from the same "batch" some roofing companies and suppliers will offer a discount if they have small amounts of shingles left form different batches, it is technically the same color but when they are made at different times sometimes the color could be slightly different.
