Example in our market PDX 2 million peeps we built 12k doors a year from 1992 until 2008  ( we were a little late to the crash)  in 2009  700 permits were pulled.who got affected.. literally anyone that touched construction.. from the builders the subs.. the suppliers the hard goods.. the appliances sellers.. etc etc.. and a lot of that work force rented. 

We have partnered with one his suppliers with excellent success.  

Second, do whatever you need to find all the laborers and material suppliers on your project.

We are in need of more suppliers to feed our clients demand.

Not only for the value losses, but also for services EquityBuild paid to the General Contractor for construction and/or materials, which subsequently resulted in numerous Mechanic's Liens against the properties from the General Contractor failing to forward and pay those funds to many of the sub-contractors and suppliers performing the work.

To make our unit comparable we would need* New bath tub and surround, plus plumbing ($3,000 from a supplier that can do the complete job in one day.)* Refaced kitchen cabinets and vanity; new counter tops, sinks and faucets ($5,000)* Ceramic tile in kitchen, bath and hallway ($1,000)* New carpet throughout ($3,000)For a total of $12,000.

To pull the poly thru the sleeve , go to a irrigation supplier and buy a chinese pipe grip  get a rope thru first then pull.  

They make special product for this but you need to go to supplier and not abig box store.  

The price, selection, and speed all beat my local supplier... but something about ordering $10k worth of hardwood flooring off a website has me freaked out. 

@Cody Barrett, another possibility for this is if the shingles are not all from the same "batch" some roofing companies and suppliers will offer a discount if they have small amounts of shingles left form different batches, it is technically the same color but when they are made at different times sometimes the color could be slightly different.
