The gc does get stuck strapping on tools in a pinch though so it's nice to be able to do it if need be.

If you don't have laundry it is an additional expense for a tenant traveling to the mat.

You could offer a free slushie to anyone who you buy a property from :PConvenience store owners are often strapped as that business has very razor thing margins, as such they are often very willing to allow a small sign if it brings in a little extra cash for them.Do the same things with people who live on busy corners, everyone is looking for something for "free" and letting someone place a sign in their yard in return for something else of value to that individual is often an easy sell for you!
