Bandit signs and pay as you go phones
I want to purchase some bandit signs, however, I am trying to figure out A) Where to post them since they are technically "illegal" in Baltimore and B) How to properly "cloak" my phone number so that the city will not be able to trace it back to me effectively.
I've also heard quite a few people suggest pay as you go phones to use so that your number is not as easily traced. What company would you suggest for this method?
What do you all think?
