This may have an obvious answer, so please excuse me if it has been answered.I am interested in compiling the name and address of property sellers, ideally daily.Is there a simple way to get a list of sellers and their names on one site? 

You might want to just start by compiling what kind of terms you are imagining in case of every possible catastrophe you can think of (death, debt, theft, lawsuit from within, lawsuit from without, members wanting to sell off their interest, etc) which may weed some out to begin with and then approach a lawyer who may have other things to offer that you should consider as well as what type of formalization you should have.

I'm compiling a list of different marketing campaigns/strategies and wanted to gauge what is most effective in the current DFW real estate market.

Actual history of rentals vacancies etc. etc... while the person is more on opinion.I am not saying trust the computer not the person, but I much rather trust actual compiled data rather than some person where their *** is not on the line when they make a mistake.
