After watched 272 episodes of BP, I am finally going to start direct mailers- they are letters. I put together a list from properties in my area, mostly multifamily- at first i did it manually and it took like 3 hours to find property- find owner and add it all to podio (keeps freezing, although it seems like a great system its very slow), then I tried propstream and in 15 minutes I had another list ready to go. (it compiled all the owners automatically) so i am sending out 107 letters today- I am excited! I am shooting for seller financing and I put that in the letters. total cost of this one will be about $90 in postage and materials.  LET'S GET ITTT!!!!
