Seeing a property transform, besides the income from it, is definitely a pleasure.

You would not believe how much that transforms your front yard for your pictures and any potential buyers.  

Therein you can easily purchase all the information you want from a businesses offering property information.Sure it is tough when a person reaches a certain level in their career and changes beyond their control transform their positions into something quite different.

I was given a quote of $2,400 for labor cost and I supply the materials.I have attached pictures of how it looks currently and an idea of how I would like to transform it.This is my first post and Thank you for all your suggestions.

lol if only this was trueWait I believe I believe I know is silly but I believe.I suppose if you catch someone on a good dayThis white paint could have been transformed to just about any color 

Also my current profession is in commercial Cx so i am accustomed to working with contractors, defining scope of work, Cx milestones, etc. 

Bigger projects like problematic older malls in good locations are being transformed into medical type buildings close to universities.
