Hello BP Community!

I am new, or should I say newly active, to the site. I from Eastern WA state and am very motivated to learn and grow my real estate knowledge, talents, and network through this incredible community. 

I have been listening to the podcasts for the past few months and cannot believe that those are a FREE resource! Not to mention all of the other incredible information sources available from this site. 

A little about me - I just finished and sold a live in "flip" of my personal residence this month in SF Bay Area and moved to Eastern WA. I am looking for networking opportunities and any information that will help me achieve my goal of financial freedom through a self sustaining real estate portfolio.
