That's not how I want to get started or to even keep going at all, I've already thrown away the notion of the get rich quick dream and I'm looking to actually gradually build wealth and ultimately financial freedom.I can go on and on but bottom line is I want to start Wholesaling to ultimately help me stash away to invest in a triplex or four-plex.

Of that remaining 10%, most of them have a "not technically sales" sales job... a high school teacher is "selling" those kids on studying and doing their homework on a daily basis, for example, and on the notion that Algebra isn't mysterious witchcraft, in fact it's something that you can understand and apply to your daily life.

This is one of the most attractive things with RE - after you have paid off a mortgage and you take out a new one, there is no income tax and you can brun the money in Vegas as far as the IRS is concerned.
