Hello all who at least take the time to read this. As my description already states my name is Bryan Pierre, I'm 21 and looking to get started investing in real estate here in Broward county FL. So far before I made this account and posted this forum I've already started my research and taking notes on both Wholesaling and owning small multifamily properties to rent, reading through the forums I've seen that most wholesalers typically have a bad rep due to lying and not knowing what they're doing as a whole. That's not how I want to get started or to even keep going at all, I've already thrown away the notion of the get rich quick dream and I'm looking to actually gradually build wealth and ultimately financial freedom.

I can go on and on but bottom line is I want to start Wholesaling to ultimately help me stash away to invest in a triplex or four-plex. Any and all advice is welcome as I start my journey as a wholesaler, thank you all who take the time to read and respond
