If you play around with my DSCR pricing engine link in my profile's bio you'll see that the difference in rate for 680 vs. 780 is about 100 bps.Most lenders have brackets for about every 20 points or so.  680-699, 700-719, etc.

Using simple numbers, assume I want to purchase a $100,000 property using crypto as collateral:- I pay the closing costs with cash- I put down 10% down payment with cash ($10,000) - I utilize a crypto mortgage for the remaining 90% ($90,000) This way, I still keep my crypto and I have a property, both of which may accrue in value over the long-term.

@Brittney Yang surprisingly I have found that I can have glue down LVP installed by a local flooring company, we use Artisent Floors, https://artisentfloors.com/, for our local renovations and they are awesome and they can do it for less than what I can buy the product for at Lowes or HD even with my 10% military discount!
