I really do think that good screening and honest / fair treatment of tenants regulates a lot of the issues that people seem to have down the road. 

All that really lowered were people's expectations. 

There is a ton of information and people to learn from on BP. 

@Jason Khoury Yes, if there's a need for it and people are willing to lease the land it can definitely work. 

I hear a lot of people use agents.

Some people use both: they hold the property in an LLC and then put the LLC into a trust.

You can upload a photo of yourself to say hello, you can write a quick intro, and then you can see boxes when you scroll down on the left that when you click will allow you to add your company information, and it's always nice if you've invested in real estate in the past to put information about the deals you've done so people know what experience you have!
