Hello BP Community!

New investor from Clayton NY.  Right in the heart of the 1000 islands (Yes just like the salad dressing!)  I am currently employed in retail sales and am very excited to start my real estate investment portfolio!

My goal with RE investing is to build enough passive incoe to one day soon leave my 9-5 and, along with my partner @Account Closed, be able to dedicate myself full time to scaling our business.  While we have not yet secured our first property, we have spent the last year+ educating ourselves, networking, driving for dollars, and substantially reducing our debt load.

Currently, funding seems to be our biggest hurdle in acquiring real estate.  My hope is that the wealth of knowledge here at this incredible resource will aid us in solving that problem.  A big thank you the BP staff and its members for everything you folks do here.  We are hungry, eager to learn, and look forward to building an ongoing relationship with you.
