You need to plant the seed now and the rest is about timing.As far as FSBO - I think they are a waste. 

If anything, just do some curb appeal with a couple of plants and greenery and you are golden. 

Amazon, Intel, Google, and Honda are all building new plants here.

If I'm doing a flip brrrr maybe I'm the guy who adds security features, adds lighting, removes shrubbery, plants spiny plants under windows, spiked fencing, and does more than everyone else to make my renter/buyer the safest guy on the block.

Is the cost greater than the limitations suffered by where you are.You need to grow where you are planted, otherwise you're uprooted and can have a long time growing somewhere else.

@Quaid Cde Baca I agree with @Alex Bock, the Quad Cities and Davenport in particular is a good market, especially with the new Amazon plant going in.

I am thinking that the Mississippi Department of Health in that county may have the VIN because they approve the wastewater treatment plants or septic tanks.The realtor seems to be a novice and claims to have no information and 'couldn't' answer any of my questions 'because it is a foreclosure'.
