Beaver county pa rental potential
I'm currently flipping a SFR in Pittsburgh (lawrenceville) and am looking to transition into rentals after I complete this project. I'm looking at the shell "cracker" development in beaver county very closely. Anyone have thoughts on the market in that area? I know it's not live until 2020 but if the potential is big enough I feel it could be worth the wait.
