Sadly, it's pretty common for an attorney to pull a template if they're not well-versed in the types of entities you're working with.

I will not fall for this - it's sad to take advantage of people like that.

This is in great part due to the fact, sadly, that the economy is in a deep hole and it's difficult to see how they're gonna get out of it.

@BJ Everson hit the nail on the head...east of 315 has become unrecognizable in the last year...it's kind of sad, because that part of the neighborhood had a very unique pre-transition atmosphere that has been eroded. 

It's sad that money taken from clients is now being used to suppress their stories.
