If you have a decent job, no debts, a good credit history, a reasonable mortgage loan request, and a decent house, there's no reason you can't get a mortgage.

During her tenancy, I consistently worked with her on disputed bills and sent her screenshots of the bill breakdown as well as followed up with the energy company to request reviews in case there was a meter or other problem.
