Hey Bigger Pockets community, I wanted to ask any fellow mortgage lenders if its possible for me to get pre approved if I've only started doing my taxes last year. My Girlfriend is pregnant and we are in dire need for our own place. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You so much in advance
