You will find resources here from blogs to pod casts and forums.

But by selling RE you get valuable experience you meet real people that close real deals.. not just stuff written on a site like this or from those that do Pod cast that are just a little more experienced than you may be at this time.The only caveat to that advice is if your market is one of those super low price mid west farm type of town were there is little to no real activity and prices are sub 100k and commission then will be small.

Excellent opportunity to listen to the pod casts of you choosing and absorb as much info as you want, when you want.

I also read most of the books recommended in the pod cast. 

@Andy EakesSteve Rosenberg "the myndful investor" just had a pod cast on this exact topic.

You look like a much younger version of a guy I work with....Interesting,  Anyway make sure you jump into the forums and start casting your shadow, Your knowledge will be much appreciated to the many people looking for answers on here.
