Hi,

I'm new to investing in real estate. I'm trying to learn as much as I can before jumping in. My wife and I have bought 3 houses just to live in. We remodeled and then sold for various reasons. We really enjoyed there modeling. I have had an autoglass business for 7 years and I am burnt out the market is going down hill faster than a sky diver.

We don't have a lot of money to invest. We are trying to figure out what's the best way to invest to get me out of the glass business ASAP.
