Optimizing your list and actual letter is key, you can waste thousands of dollars trying to figure out what works and what doesn't.

I'm starting a yellow letter campaign this week and was wondering if there's an optimal size envelope to send to people.

I realize this isn't optimal but it's the only sane way to do wholesaling and my day job at the same time.For my other lead types I have an up beat sales-y voice mail.

The one thing they have going for you is that if you sign up they give you a website and you pick the template according to your niche and it's up in 5 minutes (keyword optimized), they are giving you a the template system for their bulk mailers that have had proven success (you just pick from a list of who you want to mail to in your area) a few clicks and it's done. 

The last thing you want is to find a killer property and have to scramble for money at perhaps less than optimal terms.Jeff

I think direct mail is very effective but in my opinion marketing is all about A/B testing different strategies and constantly optimizing. 

The time of cheap money and economic optimism is ending and cash will once again be king.
