Before my grandma passed away we had to move her into a skilled nursing facility, but still had to give proper notice to her apartment.  

Nurses are great tenants, so nursing students probably would be, too.If I can answer any other questions, let me know. 

Just some ideas, law students and med students are great, nurses are great, engineers & engineering students (even undergrads) are great.  

Traveling nurses might work for you, if you're not already renting to them.
