I believe college is a scam, generates a crazy amount of debt and just gets you stuck in the corporate rat race.

Now, I don't agree with an Elitist world, if you came down off your "gimmie" high-horse and actually read what I write, anything about me, you'd find I am the CHAMPION of the Middle Class, but reality is reality and your "gimmie, gimmie, I want, I want" approach is just as toxic as the Elitist.

The condo has the beach and the mountain house has Horse/hiking/kayack/fishing.

It occurred to me today with my current business strategy that all i am doing is getting further into the rat race.  

Ill be sure to look over Account Closed's spreadsheet since it makes perfect sense to keep track of whatever came from the horse's mouth!
