Otherwise, they are just going to be digging themselves deeper in the hole with you. 

I think the issue is far deeper than beating on landlords that lose thousands of dollars trying to provide housing only to lose all their money because the PEOPLE that live there are so disrespectful to the owners and their properties. 

Would help screen out a lot of noise, clearing the path for deeper analysis of the listings with greater potential.

I have heard it is regulated a little differently down there.The situation sucks but you are digging your grave deeper with each violation and fine you receive.

Or if there is something more they can do that would get us in deeper trouble?
