I listen to a lady every week that is in Orange County. 

I liked how that worked so I bought a couple of lots with a mobile home hook up and pad already in place thinking I would buy another trailer and set it there but I ended up renting it to a lady who parked her own home there.

The lady looked and looked.   

I felt bad because the lady had a teenage daughter but when she asked me about renting out the club house for her daughter’s birthday party when she was 2 months behind in rent I lost it and decided I wasn’t going to be nice anymore.

She is a Hispanic lady who rents to Hispanic tenants, and she has two men who assist when she goes to the property.
