Hey Gents (and ladies if appropriate)... not sure how many of you follow KSL but someone has 2 fourplexes listed in South Salt Lake for $325,000, rent roll somewhere in the $5,500 range. I haven't seen anything near that good of deal in Salt Lake County, $40k a unit.

Seller isn't going to carry any financing (inquired as to whether they'd hold a 30% note and was told no)... but if you've got cash lying around... have at it! Only wish I did!
